天兔強風吹襲　停電戶破4萬

【王玉樹／台北報導】受強颱天兔影響，截至今日中午止，台電統計全國共有4萬2055戶停電，經動員搶修後剩2萬198戶仍待復電，主要集中在台東、屏東等地，停電原因多為配電線路設備因強風吹襲受損，台電表示將動員儘速搶修復電。  

另核三廠在颱風來襲前已提早降載解聯，2部機組於今早6時17分安全停機後，有4部緊急柴油發電機及1台氣冷式緊急柴油機可提供安全設備用電。
