CNN：西南季風助長　鳳凰雨量可怕

輕度颱風鳳凰暴風圈逐漸北移，美國CNN預測，鳳凰將會帶來豐沛雨量。

CNN主播指出，輕颱鳳凰和位於南海的西南季風作用，結構雨量相當充沛。從被鳳凰摧殘過後的菲律賓雨量來看，自周四累計至今，地區最大累積雨量已有447mm。報導預估未來鳳凰將往北北西移動，侵襲中國上海。

鳳凰上周襲擊菲律賓，造成超過51萬人受災，道路如汪洋。
