休閒景觀建案夯　北台灣指標建案達17件

【吳苡辰／台北報導】炎熱夏季往往是休閒景觀住宅強銷期，根據《住展》雜誌統計，目前北台灣就有17個指標休閒景觀住宅銷售，這些主要指標休閒景觀住宅集中在台北市士林區，新北市淡水、八里、三重及五股一帶。

如新北市淡海新市鎮的2個造鎮案「宏盛新世界2」與「海洋都心2」，總銷金額各達100億元，前者每坪開價29~33萬元，後者開價未定，另新北市五股洲子洋重劃區的水岸住宅「上河園」，規劃不少2~3房水景宅，每坪44~49萬元，看屋人潮踴躍，每周約60組看屋量。
