口角被追殺 夥友拿花盆砸死人判重刑

男子童添豪和馬姓男子口角，被對方持刀追趕而「落跑」，事後被友人劉紹林笑「俗仔」，兩人為雪恥找馬「算帳」，並以花盆將他擊斃。最高法院依殺人罪判處劉紹林有期徒刑15年、童添豪14年。

劉、童辯稱只是想教訓馬，應構成傷害致死罪，不是殺人罪；但合議庭認為兩人僅因口角竟以花盆砸擊被害人，被害人倒地時仍繼續攻擊，顯有殺人故意。
