標題[請問] 醫療疏失的認定問題?

親戚身體有異狀 去醫學中心等級的醫院門診看病 也許是病患太多了 醫師僅以簡單的觸診及口頭詢問 告知沒大礙 過程不是很長 若要安排進一步的檢查要排很久...(約一個月 後來沒安排檢查) (時間六月下旬 看診一次) 後來到同一個體系的地區醫院掛門診 醫師有進一步做超音波 並安排幾天後內視鏡看診 後因親戚覺得內視鏡不舒服 內視鏡檢查沒完全做完 醫師表示應該沒大礙 若要安排進一步檢查也要等約20天左右 (時間七月初~七月中 看診兩次) 親戚身體異狀越來越明顯 去第三間新成立的醫院(應該也是醫學中心等級) 醫師看診後表示需進一步檢查 等了幾天安排病床 (時間約8月初 住進醫院檢查的時間 比第二間安排檢查的時間早5天) 最後檢查報告出來....癌症末期 這樣的看診過程 醫院方面疏失嗎? 請大家別迷信大醫院....唉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.161.148.141 ※ 編輯: carton 來自: 1.161.148.141 (08/22 10:06) ※ 編輯: carton 來自: 1.161.148.141 (08/22 10:07) ※ 編輯: carton 來自: 1.161.148.141 (08/22 10:08)
