我也覺得事情有輕重緩急

有客戶引擎亮燈是應該可以稍微檢查一下

在來決定要不要跟客戶留車或者問要不要等

本身之前待過原廠

很顯然的這位技師自己的SOP流程做的不夠好

可能車子一多也不想接

可能廠長不在做了也看不到

可能查修問題他不會

可能查修了問題賺不到業績

可能保養車子比較好賺

可能性很多

可能客訴他你比較快得到回覆..
