利比亞油田遇襲　IS斬首8衛兵

激進組織「伊斯蘭國」（Islamic State，IS）上周對利比亞阿爾加尼油田（al-Ghani）發動攻擊，不但綁架了9名外國人，還斬首了駐守油田的8名衛兵。
 
美聯社今天（9日）報導，利比亞軍方發言人麥斯馬里（al-Mesmari）表示，1名阿爾加尼油田員工目睹了8名衛兵被斬首的慘狀，嚇得心臟病發而亡。但他並未清楚說明軍方是如何得知8名衛兵被斬首的消息，但據悉該等衛兵和利比亞軍方有密切同盟關係。
 
被綁架的9名外國人包括4名菲律賓人，1名奧地利人、1名捷克人、1名孟加拉人和1名迦納人，另1人身分未獲確認。
 
在過去幾周，IS接連發動攻擊，迫使利比亞停止11座油田作業，包括阿爾加尼油田，並援引不可抗力條款（Force Majeure clause），使利比亞免於承擔契約義務。（黃炎坤／綜合外電報導）
