廉價併購利益不分配元大金將照辦

元大金控（2885）高層主管今天表示，金管會要求證券業因併購產生的廉價購買利益不得分配盈餘，元大金會遵照政策辦理。也就是說，元大金2014年併購韓國東洋證券的廉價購買利益56.4億元，雖計入損益，但須另提特別盈餘公積，不得分派股利。

元大金去年分派2013年盈餘時，採高額分配，2013年每股稅後純益（EPS）0.78元，但分派股利時現金加股票的每股股利達0.9元，2014年元大金EPS為1.63元，但因必須扣掉廉價購買利益不得分派，預期每股股利可能遜於前一年度。
