烏克蘭烽火再起 UN急開會

（法新社基輔26日電） 克里姆林宮支持的烏克蘭叛軍被指責朝烏東戰略要港發射火箭炸死30人，並揚言開啟新戰線之後，聯合國安理會今天將召開特別會議，討論烏東暴力情勢。

烏克蘭叛軍23日宣布退出停火談判，並矢言奪占更多領土，隔天位於俄羅斯邊界的戰略要港馬立波（Mariupol）即遭致命攻擊。

安理會預定下午3時（台北時間27日凌晨4時）展開特別會議。外交官表示，由於俄羅斯阻撓，15個國家組成的安理會，24日未能就譴責這起火箭攻擊的決議案達成共識。

烏克蘭總統波洛申科（Petro Poroshenko）在緊急會議中表示，基輔攔截到的通話，證明馬立波遭火箭攻擊，是「俄羅斯支持的恐怖分子」主導。（譯者：中央社鄭詩韻）
