洩宏達電經理挨告資料　警分局判國賠

宏達電前經理劉清祺與兄弟劉英昌、劉鴻毅等人，跟林姓夫婦發生財務糾紛，遭控恐嚇取財、強制罪，事後罪嫌不足而不起訴確定，但新北市永和分局偵辦時，卻提供劉家兄弟的畫面，以及「讓渡書內容」給媒體拍攝並報導，新北地院認為已違反偵查不公開、新聞處理注意要點，侵害名譽、隱私，判決永和分局須賠償劉英昌7萬元，劉清祺5萬元；全案尚可上訴。
 
2012年5月，劉清祺等人是和林姓夫婦發生投資糾紛，林姓夫婦原本在「微風廣場」經營「上海湯包店」，劉清祺跟同案被告，也曾在宏達電工作的鄭姓友人，認為林已積欠金額近3千萬元，但林則稱只借1千多萬元，更指控劉等人曾強押林姓夫婦、女兒，逼簽讓渡書。而事發時，鄭男跟《蘋果》投訴，強調他們才是被害人。（孫友廉／新北報導）
