禽流感補償、重建等 估花16億元

禽流感重創飼養家禽農民，行政院今指出，農委會粗估撲殺補貼、防疫、重建、復育等費用共需花16億多，除撲殺補償金額7億到8億元由中央、地方共同分攤外，其餘都由中央支出。撲殺補償中央將負擔一半以上，詳細比率本周確定。

行政院上周宣布，農民「主動通報」、撲殺染病家禽就全額補助。行政院禽流感疫情應變中心今開會，會後行政院副院長張善政說，撲殺補償金額目前估算約7億到8億元，上周已撥出1億多經費，地方政府一拿到錢就可直接撥給農民，「核實報銷」。

坊間有業者亂丟染病死禽，環保署今指出，近期已出動無人飛機在難以到達的隱密處「空中監控」，分別在雲林、嘉義等地拍到多處棄置點，並立即聯繫地方環保局前往處理，希望業者不要心存僥倖，隨意棄置抓到重罰。
