​快樂瑪麗安再傳虐童？ 教育局：6年前舊案

台北市教育局表示，經初步向該補習班瞭解，該事件發生在民國98、99年間，是同學間玩耍導致受傷；導致傷害學童家長，當年已賠償該受傷害學童及家長2萬元，補習班並已協助申請完成保險理賠。

另針對受傷害學童家長曾向教育局提到，受傷害學童於補習班就讀期間曾受帶班老師Angel體罰致右大拇指骨折，由於Angel已經離職三年多，當時提供給補習班的電話也已人換人使用，目前仍未與她取得聯繫。

此外，教育局多次到該班稽查，發現該班違法設置有火源的廚房及開設英文之外的課程，已要求限期改善完成；另發現該班向學童家長收取車資，交通車卻未事先登記、報備，也已開罰1萬5千元。

教育局表示，家長檢舉事件均發生在2年以前，當事人老師亦早已離職，教育局仍將持續協助家長釐清當年相關事宜；針對體罰事涉兒少事件，持續配合社會局調查，要求補習班說明，並提供必要協助，教育局也會持續關心在臺北市就學的每一個學童的安全。（陳威廷／台北報導）
