食藥署檢驗未出爐　南僑123產品不得上架

桃園縣衛生局今天中午召開記者會，表示已收到衛福部食藥署通知，南僑公司向澳洲及菲律賓進口的30批牛油和植物油原料，雖記載加工後可供人類食用，不過依法定程序仍需由食藥署對相關原料進行檢驗，待檢驗確定安全無虞後才能重新上架。
 
桃園縣衛生局主任秘書楊文志表示，目前南僑化工以該30批牛油和植物油原料，製成的123項產品在衛福部未通知及檢驗合格之前，仍須預防性下架，若經查獲販售，且在事後若證明是不合格、有風險、有安全危害的產品，將可處6萬至5000萬元罰鍰。（張沛森／桃園報導）
