頂新製油公司前董事長魏應充遭檢方聲請羈押禁見，不過由於魏應充希望白天才開羈押庭，地院決定今天上午9點半開庭。

魏應充凌晨步出地檢署被解送到彰化地方法院時，低頭不發一語，表情嚴肅。

檢方傳喚魏應充和頂新屏東廠廠長曾啟明到案說明，偵查庭開了3個多小時，直到昨天晚上11時40分才結束，不過由於檢方聲請羈押的文書一直在製作，魏應充和曾啟明直到今天凌晨1時10分左右才被解送到彰化地方法院。

魏應充在移送時低頭不發一語，不過魏應充向法官要求白天才開羈押庭，法官考量也需要時間閱卷，因此決定今天上午9時30分才開庭。(中央社)
