疑下班菸蒂未熄燃雜物　所幸無人傷

新北市板橋區中山路一段1棟住宅大樓，凌晨1時許有機警住戶聞到嗆鼻的燒焦味，覺得有異趕緊報警。
 
警消到場後循味道尋找，發現是4樓住戶所傳出，因屋內無人，警消將門破開，發現是後陽台的煙灰缸，疑似香菸未熄滅完全，火星散落到旁邊的抹布等易燃物所致，僅煙灰缸周圍有燃燒痕跡。
 
社區保全表示，當時是5樓住戶向他們反映，稱樓下傳來陣陣煙味，陽台也可見白煙徐徐飄出，因此趕緊報警，所幸沒有人受傷。（吳國仲／新北報導）
