食安問題嚴重 消保團體提三要一不

食安問題嚴重，台灣消保會今天上午指出業者寧可花6千多萬從西德進口高達28公尺「脫臭塔」，精煉、脫臭地溝油、飼料油後，搖身一變成為合格油品，大賺黑心錢，他痛批「魏應充實在無良！」

一「要」是照價退費同時加上賠償金，對出包的業者，除依「消保法第51條賠償商品費用3倍懲罰賠償金」，還要依食品管理法第56條消費者雖非財產上的損害，要求賠償金額。

二「要」業者吐出10年來營利所得。台灣消保會說，頂新、正義及味全公司，光道歉及公部門罰金，不足以彌補消費者健康損害及未來不可知的危害與食安信心的蕩然無存，應再將10年來營利所得吐出來，全數存進食安基金戶內，隨時發放補償金。

三「要」是「食品安全衛生管理法」修正追加「消費者免負舉證或部份舉證責任」。

台灣消保會說，一個「不要」，是指不要再給黑心業者再任何機會了，呼籲消費者聯合抵制，拒買黑心商品。台灣消保會支持消費者對頂新、味全及正義所有商品的自發性、全面性抵制行為。
