割喉魔未判死 羅瑩雪：只能尊重法院

犯下台南方姓男童割喉命案的曾文欽，曾嗆：「殺一、兩個人不會判死刑！」一、二審果然未被判死，引起外界譁然，法務部長羅瑩雪上午赴立法院報告預算時，在面對媒體詢問看法時，表示目前只能尊重法院判決，但羅也提醒割喉案還未定讞。

自認是虔誠佛教徒的法務部長羅瑩雪，她在今年4月底，令准戴文慶等5名死囚的死刑執行令，在批准死刑令之前，羅瑩雪還為此休了3天長假，然後於上班的第一天，批准她上任後的首次死刑令。
