每人發300元賄選　2參選人樁腳遭收押

高雄年底五合一選舉，全國地檢署正緊鑼密鼓查察賄選，高雄地檢署昨查獲某市議員參選人的2名樁腳以現金300元買票，向法院聲押獲准，是本次選舉涉賄全國第一件聲押獲准的案件。

高雄地檢署檢察官陳俊宏指揮高雄市調處，於10月4日上午前往高雄市某市議員參選人競選活動現場蒐證，發現李姓、賈姓被告2人涉嫌當場發放每人現金新台幣300元，所有過程均經調查官蒐證明確，昨拘提兩人，深夜訊後檢察官認為李姓、賈姓被告2人涉嫌行賄買票，違反《選罷法》，且有勾串共犯與證人的事實，向高雄地院聲請羈押禁見獲准。（郭芷余／高雄報導）
