國際油價續創17個月新低　還有得跌

國際油價8日持續下挫，紐約西德州原油11月期貨盤中最多跌1.64%，報每桶87.39美元，刷新前市收在17個月來最低的紀錄；倫敦布蘭特原油11月期貨也下探每桶90.76美元，觸及2年來低點。
 
Fat Prophets公司能源分析師雷諾克斯說：「市場供應情勢仍未改變。需求依舊疲弱，石油輸出國組織（OPEC）產量卻仍高於每日3,000萬桶。」受OPEC 9月原油產量攀抵去年8月來新高所影響，紐約油價上周累計挫跌4.1%，創2個月來最大跌幅。
 
另外，國際貨幣基金（IMF）7日宣佈下修今明兩年全球經濟成長率預測，也拖累市場信心。Confluence投資管理公司首席市場策略師歐葛雷說：「IMF的預測報告指出經濟面更多疲弱之處，經濟更疲弱則意味需求將持續低迷。」
 
Energy Analytics Group總監芬隆說：「我預估紐約西德州原油期貨價可能要回落至85美元，才能建立支撐點，而倫敦布蘭特原油期貨價可能要到88美元。」（劉利貞／綜合外電報導）
