【動即時】諷金溥聰與總統「特殊性關係」　馮光遠無罪

無黨籍台北市長參選人馮光遠，因以「人渣公務員」嘲諷文建會前主委盛治仁，被判拘役20天，得易科罰金2萬元定讞，他不願繳罰金，本月3日入監服刑，而他另在部落格指總統馬英九與駐美前代表、現任國安會秘書長金溥聰有「特殊性關係」，還批金「蠢材、賤貨、下三爛」，遭金控告加重誹謗、公然侮辱，台北地院今天下午判馮無罪。

審理期間，法官知道馮光遠與金溥聰都是公眾人物，希望雙方當事人能直接面對面溝通，且在公開的法庭上談談看是否有機會和解，2度傳喚金溥聰出庭，但金都在開庭前一天請假，最後和解破局。（張欽／台北報導）
