日月光業績　一口氣改寫5項新高

受惠於蘋果iPhone6訂單激勵，半導體封測大廠日月光（2311）公布9月集團營收以及第3季業績，不論是半導體封測、電子組裝代工製造等同步登上高峰，一口氣創下5項歷史新高記錄。

日月光公布9月集團營收來到256.46億元，月增率高達22.5%，年增率25.8%，累計前3季合併營收1799.47億元，年增率15.57%，其中第3季合併營收666.32億元，季增率達13.7%，符合公司預期，年增率17.4%。

就半導體封測暨材料收入來看，9月營收149.01億元，月增率7.1%，年增率14%，第3季營收422.11億元，季增率7.5%，年增率11.6%。
日月光大吃蘋果iPhone6訂單，甫開賣就創下千萬支的佳績，緊接著中國等第二波國家又將於10月下旬陸續加入上市行列，可望帶動新一波的追貨潮。

日月光SiP與電子組裝代工製造都成功打入蘋果供應鏈，包括Wi-Fi無線通訊模組、指紋辨識系統、COMS照相鏡頭模組等，大舉推升營收表現，可望將一路走高到第4季，SiP營收的比重將提升到20%。（楊喻斐／台北報導）
