央行開放非居住者網路、手機匯款50萬台幣

為提升網路銀行服務，央行日前邀請一銀、花旗、中信、玉山、滙豐、兆豐、永豐7家銀行研商，今天宣布即日起開放非居住自然人網路及行動裝置辦理外匯業務。
 
央行官員說，開放的對象持居留證的非居民自然人，或是持我國外交部核給身分證明的自然人。開放結匯金額台幣50萬以下，以原幣匯出匯款，同一銀行本人帳戶或事先約定第三人帳戶的外幣轉帳，等實施一段時間後，再適時檢討擴大服務範圍。
 
央行表示，目前98%~99%結匯金額為1萬美元以下。（林巧雁／台北報導）
