標題[請益] 聯電面試(南科)

幫友代po 我朋友他面試南科聯電工程師職缺,也是有做英文測驗+邏輯測驗+性向測驗 ,然後一開始是基層主管來面試,也介紹部門情況和工作內容,然後就請人資 來談職等(因為朋友是有工作經驗),人資希望給6職等,但是朋友希望是7職等, 然後人資就一直做筆記將朋友的工作經驗及訪談記下來,之後人資有說大約 2~3個星期會有消息 請問應徵聯電職缺一定要面試到很高階主管才會上嗎? 還是只要人資已經在談職等和價碼了就應該有機會? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.236.235.74 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1412768631.A.302.html
