【動新聞】牙籤刺傷沒理會　翁腳掌壞死截肢

身上有小傷口千萬不要輕忽，若細菌嚴重感染，有截肢或致死的可能。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，一名男大學生日前踩到圖釘不以為意，一周後引發壞死性筋膜炎，進行清創手術才免去截肢命運。但另一起病例則沒那麼幸運，一名遭牙籤刺傷的糖尿病男子，因細菌嚴重感染，一周後誘發壞死性筋膜炎，使用多種抗生素仍無效，男子就醫時右腳腳掌已發黑，為保命只得將男子右膝以下的腿部全部切除。醫師說，遭異物刺傷後，清洗傷口後都應就醫，否則可能引發壞死性筋膜炎，甚至致死。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
