空襲敘國IS 阿拉伯是關鍵

（路透華盛頓22日電）美國官員表示，歐巴馬總統希望阿拉伯世界參與部分空襲伊斯蘭國（IS）的行動，以擴大打擊面，這反映美國認為很重要的是，所有長期軍事行動都必須仰賴當地國家參與。

歐巴馬近2週前授權美軍空襲敘利亞境內的伊斯蘭國人員與裝備，並在上週聽取中央司令部提出的戰爭計畫。但外交官還在遊說各國組成聯盟對付伊斯蘭國之際，歐巴馬暫時沒有批准這些計畫。

2位要求匿名的美國官員表示，對歐巴馬而言，要將空襲伊斯蘭國的行動從伊拉克擴大到敘利亞，阿拉伯世界的參與非常重要。截至今天，美軍已經空襲伊拉克的伊斯蘭國人員與裝備190次。

美國高階官員14日告訴記者，許多阿拉伯國家已經表示願意加入美國空襲伊斯蘭國的行列。

但美國至今仍拒絕透露是哪些阿拉伯國家私底下向華府保證會加入空襲。

許多阿拉伯國家擁有強大空軍，包括沙烏地阿拉伯與阿拉伯聯合大公國。以沙烏地而言，他們已經同意美軍在境內設置基地訓練敘利亞反對派戰士。

但許多波斯灣的阿拉伯國家一直不願表現出積極參與美國空襲的樣子，部分國家是擔心未來可能遭到這些極端分子或效忠敘利亞政府的武裝團體報復。中央社（翻譯）
