中選會：投開票所媒體可攝影　民眾禁止

民間社團訴求要在投開票所內外攝影、拍照，中選會表示，依相關規定，民眾於投票期間站在門外及開票期間站在觀眾席上攝影，應予以制止；佩帶有選舉委員會製發記者證者，基於採訪需要，在不妨礙投票秘密及投、開票作業原則下，應可准予拍攝投、開票情形。

中選會表示，如候選人及其助選員以金錢或暴力介入選舉，為確保其金錢賄選或行使暴力之效果，可能指示同一地區或團體之選舉人圈選於選舉票上候選人欄位之特定位置。開票過程如准許民眾攝影，無異提供賄選者檢驗買票成果機會，有助長賄選暴力歪風，影響選舉公平之虞。（王家俊／台北報導）
