林永樂：德國之聲錯誤引用 已更正

針對「德國之聲中文網」(DW)有關馬英九總統「願學習兩德最終實現統一經驗」的報導，外交部長林永樂今天表示，這部分已經更正，這完全是錯誤的引用，我們今天會再對外做說明，德國之聲已經公開表示他們已經更正。

APEC亞太經合會議十一月將在北京舉行，林永樂也澄清先生稱謂沒有矮化，名稱同樣是經濟領袖。而外傳陸方阻擋陸委會主委王郁琦和國發會主委管中閔去參加APEC？林永樂表示，完全沒有這個事情，事實上管主委今年已經到中國大陸出席過部長級會議，所以出席完全沒有問題，但名單還在最後作業中。
