防颱風 北市應變中心一級開設

台北市政府今天表示，北市已列入鳳凰颱風陸上警戒區域，台北市災害應變中心於晚間11時提升為一級開設，各區災害應變中心亦同。

根據中央氣象局颱風資料顯示，輕度颱風鳳凰的暴風圈已在晚上8時接觸恆春半島，台灣全島及綠島、蘭嶼都進入陸上警戒區域，各地風雨將逐漸增強。

氣象局預測，颱風中心明天上午6至8時，從高屏間登陸，明天鳳凰暴風圈都籠罩全台灣，各地都應防強風豪雨。
