鳳凰颱風向前衝 暴風圈20時觸恆春

鳳凰到了！中央氣象局最新資料顯示，輕颱鳳凰暴風圈，已經在晚間8點接觸台灣南端陸地，目前颱風中心在鵝鑾鼻西南方160公里海面上，以每小時18轉22公里速度，向北北東轉北前進。氣象局預估，颱風中心登陸時間，將在明天清晨6點到8點之間，民眾要做好防颱準備。

根據中央氣象局今最新颱風消息，輕度風鳳凰的暴風圈已碰觸恆春半島，台灣南部及東南部風雨逐漸強。

氣象局預測，颱風中心明天上午6至8時，從高屏間登陸，明天鳳凰暴風圈都籠罩全台灣，各地都應防強風豪雨。
