美禁外交人員冰桶挑戰　「謀取私人利益」

最近「冰桶挑戰」風靡全球，許多名人都參與這個公益活動，呼籲為漸凍人研究募款。但美國官方現在禁止外交人員加入冰桶挑戰。

據《美聯社》報導，美國官方指出，冰桶挑戰因有募款行為，而且是以個人名義進行，這牴觸了聯邦道德規範「禁止外交人員利用公職謀取私人利益」。因此不管目的有多好、多公益，外交人員都不允許參加。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
