NCC：傳播匯流輔導是文化部責任

國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）主委石世豪今早出席匯流政策與產業論壇時表示，傳播匯流是必然的趨勢，文化部已於4G釋照時分得50億元預算，應負起傳播匯流產業輔導責任。
 
石世豪表示，文化部每年有數十億元預算，加上去年4G釋照又分得50億元，應負起通訊傳播匯流產業輔導責任，而非由行政資源少的NCC，在下游勉強防堵。（蔡惠如／台北報導）
