再度包圍立院　蔡丁貴「看人多或人少」

昨深夜公投盟蔡丁貴教授在立院外與民眾對話，過程中他表示，將在今早10點再度包圍立法院。蔡丁貴說，一般行政人員可以讓他們離開，穿制服的警察就不行，因為有可能是要驅離我們的。另外他提到，包圍行動會再立法院正門前進行，但是要看當時人數，若沒人也成不了氣候。（突發中心／台北報導）
