我在一家商業攝影工作室上班 職稱是助理攝影師 兩個禮拜前 公司有一個外拍case 按照慣例由我帶一位助理前往拍攝 器材當然是公司的 在工作中 相機不慎由雲台上掉落水泥地面 想當然爾是摔壞了 我立即將情況如實回報給老板知道 並把器材寄回原廠評估維修費用 原廠回報要三萬七千元 老板認為這是因為我自己粗心所導致 要我自行負擔三萬三千元 分成四期由薪水扣除 請問大大們這是合理的處罰方式嗎？ 還是有相關法令有明確的規定？ 因為我的月薪一年平均下來只有兩萬五 這樣扣我日子快過不下去了 希望各位大大們幫忙解惑 感激不盡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.134.241.214 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1398709184.A.088.html
