【動新聞】假攔查　警押美女回家猥褻

【吳詠平╱桃園報導】桃園一名色警去年巡邏時看到越籍女子，竟貪圖姿色藉故清查身分，強迫將越女帶回住處猥褻，他在案發後離職，桃園地方法院日前以強制猥褻罪判刑四年、褫奪公權四年，該色警兩年前就曾以同樣手法猥褻一名中輟少女，當時和解獲判緩刑五年，沒想到又故伎重施伸出狼爪。

色警陳宇興（三十三歲）原任職大園分局草漯派出所，二○一二年時前往台中尋找一名中輟少女，竟猥褻該少女，他坦承犯案與少女和解獲判五年緩刑。去年五月，陳男巡邏時看到阮姓越籍女子，貪圖她姿色，藉故清查身分強迫帶回他住處。
法官發現，陳男進屋從後強抱、伸手到阮女褲內猥褻，阮女看陳男穿制服又有槍不敢反抗，只能拚命拉起褲子，後來大哭狂喊，陳男怕引起注意才罷手，事後阮女不敢回租屋處被房東發現才爆發。
