太陽花學運終於在10日學生退出議場落幕，但先前募集的物資仍未處理完，13日林飛帆在臉書號召志工協助搬運清理，自己也現身幫忙，但被媒體問到對於411全眾包圍中正一分局的看法，他則力挺洪崇晏並表示，當天活動不是洪崇晏發起的，但他擔起現場指揮的責任，應該要給他肯定。

318學運已暫告段落，但各地集結而來的物資仍在內湖保管場，林飛帆在臉書廣募120位志工，希望一起到場幫忙協助搬運，並於今天下午1時在國父紀念館3號出口集合。

林飛帆也表態力挺洪崇晏，他說，當天活動不是洪崇晏發起的，但他因現場無人指揮，而擔起現場指揮的責任，應該要給他肯定。

林飛帆表示，411事件肇因於中正一分局方仰寧局長承諾再先卻又撕毀承諾，驅離群眾。
