（中央社莫斯科13日綜合外電報導）俄羅斯今天指控烏克蘭領袖對「自己的人民發動戰爭」，並抨擊基輔當局計畫在「反恐怖分子」行動中動用軍隊，對付親克里姆林宮分離主義分子。

法新社報導，俄羅斯外交部說：「我們要求…那些推翻烏克蘭合法民選總統的政治人物，立刻停止發動對付自己人民的戰爭。」

外交部聲明說，基輔當局決定動用武裝部隊對付親克里姆林宮好戰分子，「尤其讓人憤怒」。

路透社報導，俄國外交部指出，基輔臨時總統決定動用軍隊鎮壓親俄羅斯好戰分子的叛亂，此決定無異於「犯罪命令」。(中央社)
