（中央社莫斯科13日綜合外電報導）俄羅斯今天表示，俄國將促請聯合國安理會和歐洲安全暨合作組織（OSCE）緊急處理烏克蘭危機。

法新社報導，俄羅斯外交部在聲明中說：「烏克蘭東南部局勢發展極端危險。」

聲明說，俄國外交部正提請安理會和歐安合作組織緊急審查烏克蘭東南部的危機情勢。

路透社報導，俄羅斯外交部表示，希望聯合國安理會將烏克蘭危機列入緊急議程。

俄國外交部還說，烏克蘭能否避免爆發內戰，端視西方國家的行動而定。(中央社)
