少女偷嘗禁果　男獲諒解判刑2年

基隆市33歲江姓廚師，透過友人介紹，認識13歲國中女生，2人頗談得來，彼此印象很好，去年4月起半年內，分別在江男住處及公園內，發生過4次性關係， 學校導師發現女同學上課無精打采，耐心詢問下，少女才說出與男友發生關係情事，少女家長氣得提告江男強制性交罪，江男坦承一時衝動，檢方依妨害性自主罪起訴。

江男深表後悔，同意賠償18萬元作為少女精神損失，且允諾不再與少女連絡，取得少女及家人原諒，不再追究其刑責，全案審結，法官認為江男年輕氣盛，不懂法令，犯後態度良好，被害少女、家人願給予自新機會，判處有期徒刑2年，緩刑4年，因江男已給付12萬元賠償金，餘額6萬元半年內分期給付，全 案可上訴。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
