​衝刺相機模組　光寶科收購宏翔科技

光寶科（2301）宣布，將斥資5億元購買相機模組廠宏翔科技100%股權。光寶科執行長陳廣中表示，宏翔科技目前單月產能約500萬顆，第2季起將可加入公司產能。法人推估，光寶科的相機模組單月產能將從目前的2500萬顆，躍升到3000萬顆
 
陳廣中表示，併購宏翔科技有幾個優點，首先，該公司的經營團隊之前都曾經在光寶科任職，雙方有一定程度的了解；第2，宏翔的技術有其獨到之處，只不過在接單上有困難；第3，對於客戶規劃的專案有加分作用；第4，可縮短公司相機模組擴產時間。（李宜儒／台北報導）
