老k釋善意　林飛帆：兩岸監督條例要先立法

太陽花學運進入第10天，國民黨團有意釋出善意，可望在立法院長王金平主持全院委員會的前提下，讓服貿協議退回委員會審查。不過學生在上午舉行記者會表示，仍要先促成「兩岸監督條例」法制化，退回委員會才有意義。
 
學運總指揮林飛帆說，若沒有兩岸監督條例，就沒有審查標準，不論是退回行政院或委員會，都要先立法。
 
由於昨天有記者遭民眾毆打，甚至志工糾察隊要求記者出示證件，引起許多新聞工作者不滿。林飛帆上午則在台上向媒體致歉，表示今天會出外場和NGO團體及志工協調，也會在場外向民眾喊話，避免事情重演。(郭建伸／台北報導)
