學運學生　警分局長比擬「討債集團」

太陽花學運今天進入第10天，台北市警中正一分局長方仰寧昨天把學生比擬成「討債集團」，認為他們妨害公務、妨害自由等，遭議員抨擊。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，日前闖入行政院的學生，台北市議員陳建銘質疑警方驅離的手段不當，方仰寧說，會檢討執勤作為，但卻以討債集團例子，他們也未使用暴力，但每天坐在人家門口，就是妨害自由，希望學生不要以為把身體放軟，躺在警方必須清除的行政院通道上，沒對警察攻擊就不是障礙、沒有法律責任，事實上已是妨害公務、妨害自由。陳建銘怒批，怎能把社會運動與討債集團相提並論。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
