台中／江揆挺胡志強 拚交通建設

台中市長胡志強連任之路遇強敵，行政院長江宜樺昨天訪問台中，在媒體前與胡志強暢談台中建設，對胡志強爭取台中鐵公路環線路網等工程，承諾全力支持。

胡志強表示，地方想與中央多溝通，行政院開院會縣市長多半派副手前往，坐兩小時多是聽與自己縣市沒關係的事；不如中央官員下鄉，地方政府可隨時建言，江宜樺贊同。

本報日前民調胡志強落後對手林佳龍十九個百分點，市民認為台中最應優先解決是交通問題。

江宜樺昨天到台中視察萬安演習後，造訪台中市府，胡志強提出建構大台中環線，快捷巴士ＢＲＴ等重大交通建設計畫。

江宜樺答應「全力支持」，對快捷巴士ＢＲＴ期待又興奮，「我沒看過，七月開工，希望有機會來搭乘。」
