移民署長進校園談服貿 陸人不能移民

移民署長謝立功上午前往桃園縣健行科技大學簽約並向學生說明服貿，謝立功也是學運後，首位進入校園宣導服貿的首長。

兩岸服貿被惡意扭曲，移民署長謝立功上午針對「開放服貿後，投資600萬可舉家移民來台」的謠言，他說，依規定大陸人民，只能在台停留一年，在無法取得我國的身分證下，並非移民。。

在學生霸占立法院反服貿持續抗爭之際，謝立功利用與大學簽訂策略聯盟機會，深入校園向大學生澄清謠言。
