華研音樂今天公告2013年財報，累計營收新台幣9.38億元，年增42.2%；稅後淨利1.15億元，年增51.2%，每股盈餘(EPS)4.25元，董事會決議每股擬配發股利3.6元。

華研音樂指出，受惠旗下女子團體S.H.E.成員Selina於2013年傷癒歸隊後，進行S.H.E.合體演唱會，以及動力火車、林宥嘉、炎亞綸與周蕙海內外大量巡迴演出，2013年營收成長強勁。由於以長遠眼光開發並培育新人，近期推出的新人均受到高度關注

看好4G及行動電視數位匯流市場，華研日前宣布開設自製專屬手機直播頻道，與民視「台灣好」直播電視App合作，建置華研音樂專屬手機直播影音頻道，開設「華研娛樂台」與「華研音樂台」二台，在亞太電信的A+TV獨家搶先上架。

華研音樂董事會通過擬配發股利3.6元，包括現金股利1.8元與股票股利1.8元，股東會訂6月26日舉行。(中央社)
