63歲的薛姓男子平時與家人在線西海邊捕撈漁獲維生，明知線西鄉海邊水域、彰濱工業區線西西三區土地為台電公司所有，該水域生長的蝦、蟹、西施舌，遊客皆可自由捕捉，薛男卻與30歲的兒子、61歲的妻子及陳姓、黃姓友人等5人，從去年初開始向前往捕撈漁獲的遊客表示，該水域漁獲為薛家放養，恐嚇民眾要捕撈需繳交5百到１千5百元不等費用，如果民眾不從，就會被恐嚇、毆打、甚至車子被破壞，檢察官調查後今依恐嚇取財罪將5人提起公訴。（詹智淵／彰化報導）
