【私房照】乖乖小么女　看得出我是誰嗎？

看得出來這個留西瓜皮髮型的妹是誰嗎？這女娃兒的父親出身屏東望族，有9位兒女，小娃兒自幼家境富裕，家中排行老么，小名叫「Chibia」（日語，即「最小的」），有排灣族及客家血統。

1956年出生於台北，小時候唸書成績不是特別好，是個安靜內向的小孩，北安國中畢業後，考上中山女中，那時候聽說英文很「菜」；大學就讀台大學法律系，後來到美國康乃爾大學取得法學碩士，並於英國倫敦政治經濟學院取得法學博士。27歲回到台灣後，當上最年輕的教授，40歲以前的職業是教職。

雖然給人的印象是個乖乖女，但外傳私底下的她也酷愛開車，享受速度的快感。但她強調，「我是喜歡開車，但不是開快車」，開車時可以很專注，有助於釋放壓力。猜猜她是誰？答案傍晚6點揭曉。（張麗娜／台北報導）
