【更新】鼎王執行長6鞠躬　傳股權糾紛才被爆

夜市起家的鼎王集團從1991年成立第一家麻辣鍋店開始拓展，2009年到2013年，又分別成立了四個品牌，現在又準備跨足牛肉麵市場，事業版圖不斷擴大，外傳鼎王執行長陳世明為了上市櫃，贈送20%乾股給有力人士，沒想到事情未成，陳深感受騙，決定增資、稀釋對方股權，引發股東內鬥，造假醜聞爆不停。

陳世明今下午記者會6度鞠躬九十度道歉坦承不對，並說「鼎王就是被騙了，詳細內容檢調已在調查，不便透露」。(地方中心／台中報導)
