軍監最後一夜　鄉親盼「轉型」促進繁榮

【王志弘／台南報導】軍監最後一夜！台南六甲「日新山莊」是國內唯一的軍事監獄，預計明天上午7時起進行移監，正式走入歷史。軍囚今晚度過最後一夜，獄方並未特別加菜或舉行離別會。六甲鄉親則希望軍監能「轉型」成觀光景點，促進地方繁榮。
 
台南軍監去年8月中旬進行第一波移監，共254名軍囚移往全台一般監獄。明將進行第二波移監，獄內全數約70名軍囚均將被載往台南監獄及台南看守所，麻豆警方、保安隊將到場交管及派車前導，經國道三號時轉由國道警方接手護送，沿途也將安排崗哨監控，嚴防劫獄。
