生水池報告遭指說謊 原能會澄清

媒體報導原能會「公然說謊」護航核四生水池，99年台電委託顧問公司報告指生水池位址多處有砂頁岩互層、新鮮至輕度風化，原能會提供歐盟專家報告卻宣稱「岩盤穩固」。原能會下午開記者會澄清表示生水池通過審查，國家報告並未說謊。

原能會指出，岩盤指具連續性且較完整的基礎層，承載能力達到一定程度之上、地震來襲時不會有放大效應者，可通稱為岩盤。對於砂頁岩互層等若達上述性能可稱為岩盤；至於是否風化，因生水池下岩盤長期被覆蓋、並未裸露，不會有風化的問題，目前此區也皆安裝監測儀器，並無異常。
