富邦蔡明忠女兒　獲選「年度國際元媛」

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】第三屆「上海國際元媛舞會」，昨天(11日)晚間在中國上海半島酒店舉行，共有來自中國、台灣、英國、瑞典、義大利、美國、墨西哥與新加坡等國、十多位商界名流的掌上明珠參加，來自台灣、富邦金控董事長蔡明忠的千金蔡承穎，獲選為「年度國際元媛」。

「國際元媛舞會」是個歷史悠久的國際社交活動，早在1780年的歐洲就開始舉辦，2012年首度引進中國上海，當年第一屆獲選「尚美年度元媛」的，是台北市長郝龍斌的掌上明珠郝漢禎，而去年第二屆的則是清末思想大家、「飲冰室主人」梁啟超曾孫女梁周洋。
